7 Healthy Vegetarian Soup

Tomato soup

Required materials

  1. 500 g of ripe tomatoes
  2. Chopped onion1
  3. Tablespoons of vegetable oil1
  4. A bit of chopped Mentha leaves
  5. Chopped Garlic Big 4-5
  6. Tablespoons of soy sauce1
  7. Salt and pepper
  8. 4 cups of water

Put some tomatoes in hot water, take them out in two or three minutes, remove from the heat and blend. Strain this adopted tomato puree. Put a pan on the stove, add a little oil and when it heats up, add some onion and garlic and bring to a boil. Add the tomato puree to it. Add the required amount of water. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drain well and add the mint leaves before turning off the stove.

Soy soup

Required materials

  1. 200 g of chopped bean curd (tofu)
  2. Corn flour Tablespoons2
  3. Chopped onion trees2
  4. Chopped Carrots1
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  6. Pepper and salt
  7. Tablespoons of soy sauce1
  8. Tablespoons of fish sauce1

Put chopped tofu, onion and carrot in 2 cups of water and put on the stove. When the vegetables are cooked, add the two sauces, sugar and cornflour and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste and remove from the heat.

Pumpkin soup

Required Materials

  1. 500 g of pumpkin
  2. A piece of celery
  3. Chopped red onion2
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. Chopped Garlic Big4
  6. A little bit of lime juice
  7. 1 cup of fresh milk
  8. A little oil

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and cook with celery and salt. Now strain the water, peel and mash the pumpkin. Heat a little oil in a pan, add garlic and onion and fry. Now add some pumpkin and milk. If it is too thick, add some water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add lime juice before serving.

Bread soup

Required Materials

  1. Chopped tomatoes4
  2. Loaves of bread2
  3. Chopped Carrots1
  4. A piece of chopped pumpkin
  5. Chopped onions2
  6. Tablespoons of chopped ginger1
  7. A little oil
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. A little bit of lime juice

Heat a little oil in a pan, add onion and ginger and bring to a boil. Add the tomatoes and all the other vegetables and add 4 cups of water. When the vegetables are well cooked, turn off the stove, break the two loaves of bread and let it soak for about an hour. Now put it on the stove again, add salt and pepper and add lime.

Cabbage soup

Required materials

  1. Grated cabbage1
  2. Chopped onion1
  3. A bit of chopped parsley
  4. 1 cup of fresh milk
  5. Tablespoons of butter1
  6. Salt and pepper

Cover the cabbage with water and bring to a boil. Add butter and milk to this. Finely chop and season with salt and pepper. Add some parsley. Remove from the heat and cook until well combined.

Spinach soup

Required materials

  1. 500 grams of spinach
  2. 2 cups of fresh milk
  3. 1/2 tablespoon of flour
  4. Chopped red onion2
  5. A little oil

Put spinach leaves in hot water and bring to a boil. Filter the water. Dissolve flour in milk and add to spinach. Heat a little oil in a pan, heat the onion and add the soup mixture.

Finely chop and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Potato soup

Required Materials

  1. Chopped potatoes5
  2. Chopped onion1
  3. Vegetable stock 2 cups
  4. 1/2 cup of fresh milk
  5. 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. Tablespoons of butter1

Put some butter in a pan and when it heats up, add the chopped onions. When the onion is fried, add the vegetable stock. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add potatoes and cook well. When the potatoes are boiled, add milk and cheese and cook till boiling.
